LSL-Editor  is a standalone LSL (Secondlife) script editor and run-time environment for Windows and compiles and executes LSL scripts. No SecondLife viewer is needed nor connection to the SecondLife grid.

The program is updated on regular intervals. When the project emerges, more and more code can be compiled, debugged, and tested outside SecondLife world.

Current release LSL-Editor 2.39 featuring:


The LSL-Editor is free to use and does not contain viruses,
ad-ware, or other bad things we all do not like.

The New zip file, released 2008-10-27T10:33:29 GMT can be
downloaded here (270323 bytes)

LSL-Editor 2.6 and above has implemented an XML-RPC interface.
For testing XmlRpc, download the test application XmlRpcLSLEditor
This application can also be used to do InWorld object testing.

As of June 24, 2007 there is a Wiki about LSL-Editor.

The LSL-Editor supports www.lslwiki.net but is no part of the Wiki

If the program does not start (0xc0000135 error), sometimes the .NET 2.0 Framework has to be (re)installed first,
get it (free) from Microsoft Google knows where to find it ;-)
